My Tip

Assalamualaikum wr wb

This time, I will discuss the benefits of solat. Many of us are still neglecting solat. In fact, if we already pray, then we have done some sports.
Here's the explanation

TAKBIRATUL IHRAM
Posture: straighten up, lift both hands in the ear, then fold them in front of the abdomen or lower chest.
Benefits: This movement launches blood flow, lymph (lymph) and arm muscle strength. The position of the heart under the brain allows blood to flow smoothly throughout the body. When lifting both hands, shoulder muscles stretch so that the flow of oxygen-rich blood becomes smooth. Then both hands are held in front of the abdomen or lower chest. This attitude avoids various joint disorders, especially in the upper body.

RUKUK
Posture: The perfect bow is marked by a straight spine so that when put a glass of water on the back it will not spill. Position the head straight with the spine.
Benefits: This posture maintains perfection of the position and function of the spine (corpus vertebrae) as a buffer of the body and the central nerve. The position of the heart parallel to the brain, then the maximum blood flow in the central body. Hand resting on the knee serves relaxation for the muscles of the shoulders to the bottom. In addition, bowing is a urinary exercise to prevent prostate disorders.

I'TIDAL
Posture: Wake up from the bow, body back straight after, lifting both hands as high as ear.
Benefits: Ftidal is a variation of posture after bowing and before prostration. The motion of standing bowed standing prostrate is a good digestive exercise. The organs of the digestive organs in the stomach experience massage and relaxation in turn. In effect, digestion becomes more fluent.

SUJUD
Posture: Menungging by putting both hands, knees, toes, and forehead on the floor.
Benefits: Lymph flow is pumped into the neck and armpits. The position of the heart above the brain causes oxygen-rich blood to flow to the brain. This flow effect on a person's thinking. Therefore, do prostration with tuma'ninah, do not be in a hurry to blood sufficient capacity in the brain. This posture also avoids hemorrhoid disorders.
Especially for women, both bow and sujud have tremendous benefits for fertility and health of female organs.

SIT
Posture: Sitting there are two kinds, namely iftirosy (tahiyyat early) and tawarruk (tahiyyat end). The difference lies in the position of the feet.
Benefits: At iftirosy, we rest on the groin that is connected to the nerve nerve Ischiadius. This position prevents pain in the groin that often causes the sufferer is unable to walk. Sitting tawarruk is very good for men because the heel presses the flow of the bladder (urethra), male genital glands (prostate) and vas deferens channel. If done. Correctly, the posture of irfi prevents impotence. Variations in the position of the foot of the iffirosy and tawarruk cause all leg muscles also stretch and then relax again. This harmonious motion and pressure is what keeps it. flexibility and strength of our motion organs.

REGARDS
Movement: Turning the head to the right and left maximally.
Benefits: Muscle relaxation around the neck and head improves blood flow in the head. This movement prevents headaches and maintains skin firmness.
Continuously, continually not only nourish the faith, but beautify the inner woman.

Well, if you already know, will you still neglect the prayer?
That's enough for me to say. May be useful

Experience

About the streets, the matter of sightseeing .. uuuuuhhhh I really like it. Even though I belong to a home child (which is difficult to where). Well, Eid Idul fitri time yesterday I was with arab language classes go on holiday to singkawang .. a city famous for its beaches. We rented a car from my family for 700k. I leave at 6 am to pick up friends. Our goal is the long sand beach. We bring quite a lot of goods. Like clothing especially food. Because the price of food there is very expensive. 2 times the usual price. During the trip, I felt dizzy. Because I can not ride a car. And soon, I told my uncle to stop on the street because I wanted to throw up. I do not take antimo because antimo is a sleeping pill, and for me the antimo is debilitating. Then we continue our journey. First, we make a pilgrimage to the overpass because it has become a downhill tradition of Madurese society. After that make a pilgrimage to the watering and to the sebukit. After our pilgrimage, we paused to perform the plural prayers of dhuhur and ashar and after lunch we brought our own food from home.

Once full, we went to the main destination of the long sand beach. It takes about 2 hours drive from hill to long sand beach. Finally we arrived. Before playing on the beach, we changed clothes. After that, we were playing water. Although I'm not good at swimming, I still play by hiring an existing buoy. What a wonderful day.

Well, my tip for you guys who will vacation on the beach. Do not forget for you who will vacation kesuatu area, you should take your own meals from home considering the price offered at tourist sites is high enough. Then for those who like motion sickness, you should eat candy. In my opinion, do not drink antimo, because antimo make our body weak. And, if you are not good at swimming. And you really want to play water, calm down. On every beach, buoys are always available. The important thing is always to keep us.

Quite a few stories and tips from me
Have fun walking

Best Friend

what it is a "Friend"
one near us
when a thousand people leaving us

Hasanah .. I called her as "beb". She is my best friend. The girl the simplest of the family. She had the attitude of tolerance, low profile, good, friendly, respectful, pure, understanding, she did not have the negative side. She always helped me when i was in a muddle, when i have a severe problem. Posture of our bodies same. Our body height similar, similar skin color, and we all similar. What distinguishes we just face. She is more beautiful than me. We dubbed twin but different. Wherever we met, wherever we are together, certainly people say if we twin. If there are people like that, we just said "yes". But the reality, we dont have a blood relationship.

Early we be acquainted, is when i moved to Punggur 10 years ago. When i lived there, i never out of the house to play, except to walk the road with my parents because I shy. Even though i have done-years of living in Punggur, i dont recognize anyone except my family. As time went, i was encourage myself to come out from the house. By accident at that time, Hasanah call me and i approached her. Then, we also be acquainted. In the long run, we are getting familiar and as if we are like sisters.

Existence Hasanah very difficult, different with me. She lives with her grandfather and grandmother. Her grandfather and the family very fond of her. Her grandfather is ver good at her. But, her grandmother always scolded Hasanah without a clear reason. But Hasanah remains patient. She just know if her grandfather was very fond of her. Then, she always try to strong and dont want to go back to her parents because remembered by her grandfather. I'm lucky to get as good a friend as she is. She was a noble lady. I learned a lot from her. Learn to be patient, tough in any situation. If I tell about Hasanah, maybe a week would not be finished. my hope is we are always together until whenever, and the relationship may always be intertwined
