My Tip

Assalamualaikum wr wb

This time, I will discuss the benefits of solat. Many of us are still neglecting solat. In fact, if we already pray, then we have done some sports.
Here's the explanation

TAKBIRATUL IHRAM
Posture: straighten up, lift both hands in the ear, then fold them in front of the abdomen or lower chest.
Benefits: This movement launches blood flow, lymph (lymph) and arm muscle strength. The position of the heart under the brain allows blood to flow smoothly throughout the body. When lifting both hands, shoulder muscles stretch so that the flow of oxygen-rich blood becomes smooth. Then both hands are held in front of the abdomen or lower chest. This attitude avoids various joint disorders, especially in the upper body.

RUKUK
Posture: The perfect bow is marked by a straight spine so that when put a glass of water on the back it will not spill. Position the head straight with the spine.
Benefits: This posture maintains perfection of the position and function of the spine (corpus vertebrae) as a buffer of the body and the central nerve. The position of the heart parallel to the brain, then the maximum blood flow in the central body. Hand resting on the knee serves relaxation for the muscles of the shoulders to the bottom. In addition, bowing is a urinary exercise to prevent prostate disorders.

I'TIDAL
Posture: Wake up from the bow, body back straight after, lifting both hands as high as ear.
Benefits: Ftidal is a variation of posture after bowing and before prostration. The motion of standing bowed standing prostrate is a good digestive exercise. The organs of the digestive organs in the stomach experience massage and relaxation in turn. In effect, digestion becomes more fluent.

SUJUD
Posture: Menungging by putting both hands, knees, toes, and forehead on the floor.
Benefits: Lymph flow is pumped into the neck and armpits. The position of the heart above the brain causes oxygen-rich blood to flow to the brain. This flow effect on a person's thinking. Therefore, do prostration with tuma'ninah, do not be in a hurry to blood sufficient capacity in the brain. This posture also avoids hemorrhoid disorders.
Especially for women, both bow and sujud have tremendous benefits for fertility and health of female organs.

SIT
Posture: Sitting there are two kinds, namely iftirosy (tahiyyat early) and tawarruk (tahiyyat end). The difference lies in the position of the feet.
Benefits: At iftirosy, we rest on the groin that is connected to the nerve nerve Ischiadius. This position prevents pain in the groin that often causes the sufferer is unable to walk. Sitting tawarruk is very good for men because the heel presses the flow of the bladder (urethra), male genital glands (prostate) and vas deferens channel. If done. Correctly, the posture of irfi prevents impotence. Variations in the position of the foot of the iffirosy and tawarruk cause all leg muscles also stretch and then relax again. This harmonious motion and pressure is what keeps it. flexibility and strength of our motion organs.

REGARDS
Movement: Turning the head to the right and left maximally.
Benefits: Muscle relaxation around the neck and head improves blood flow in the head. This movement prevents headaches and maintains skin firmness.
Continuously, continually not only nourish the faith, but beautify the inner woman.

Well, if you already know, will you still neglect the prayer?
That's enough for me to say. May be useful
